We're There! Meat Industry Forum 2026: Hygiene in Focus
On 1 and 2 September 2026, the meat industry will once again gather in Quakenbrück for the Meat Industry Forum (Forum der Fleischwirtschaft), one of the most important industry events in northern Germany. In addition, participants will discuss prevention strategies, effective hygiene concepts, monitoring measures, and pest management risks throughout the entire production chain.
The event will begin on 1 September with a site visit and networking evening hosted by Danish Crown Fleisch GmbH. On the following day, attendees can look forward to a diverse technical program featuring renowned speakers from academia, industry, regulatory authorities, and consulting.
